And we’re on!
So we’ve both reached our first fundraising target of £50 for each of our charities, so this means we actually have to climb this wall now! Scary, all seems very real now and that picture of the wall isn’t helping my nerves! We’ve just got to keep in mind all those that we’re climbing it for!
Helps today that Robyn had her first day at nursery. She loved it, and I was as emotional and happy about it as I was Morghan’s. However the edge was slightly taken off it when you have to hand over a sheet outlining her heart condition, what symptoms to call an ambulance for, and listing her Consultant, Hospital, Procedures and Ops she has had so it can be passed over to a paramedic in the event that something should happen. It takes a lot to pass over trust to people who don’t know her or her condition yet. Reminds me why The British Heart Foundation need money for more research!
